LG Hausys lamination decors are modern high-tech products that provide exceptional appearance and reliable long-term protection from external influences. Raw materials from leading chemical companies and PVC components of their own production allowed to create a material that successfully competes with the best samples on the market. All decors, without exception, are manufactured at the LG Hausys factory using HBF technology. The production and quality control of decors comply with all international standards and are confirmed by international certificates DIN EN ISO 9001 RAL.

The quality department of AES Trade company samples the incoming raw materials according to state standards, measures the physico-mechanical properties and checks their compliance with the quality certificate presented by the raw material supplier.
Semi-finished and finished products undergo laboratory testing.
- An external inspection of the products is performed, marking is checked to see if the marking is done correctly.
- In laboratory conditions, the appearance of the product, the smoothness of the surface and the compliance with the production templates are checked.
- The weight of 1 linear meter, wall thickness, frost resistance, thermal stability, deformation of the product at high temperature and changes in external dimensions are checked.
- Compliance of the coefficient of tensile strength, modulus of elasticity of products with state standards (GOST, ASTM, DIN, EN) is checked.
- In laboratory conditions, products are welded with the help of a welding device, after which the value of the welding strength coefficient of products is checked.
Since 2018, Smartline of AES Trade company, Goodline in 2020, Solberg since 2021 have been certified by Shinsertificat LLC in accordance with FOCT 30673-2013 standard.
